Liquid Systems

Procat Series

ProCAT Series

The ProCAT is Norchem's newest liquid Polymer system. ProCAT's new mixing circuit eliminates 90% of the conventional piping and valves associated with typical blending systems. The new ProCat has an inlet water operability range of 5-100 PSI. The proprietary mixing block manifold integrates polymer pre-conditioning, mixing and flow control into a single design. The compact dimension saves floor space with a new low profile design. An innovative digital controller gives you the choice of automatic or manual concentration control in addition to the convenience of digital polymer and water flow displays. The all stainless steel frame, control panel and wetted assemblies, ensure superior protection in extremely moist and corrosive environments.

ProCAT Logic Controller

ProCAT™ Logic Controller

The new ProCAT Logic Controller provides the convenience of a graphical backlit LCD display with a powerful process controller. Neat polymer consumption and water flow rates are available at the touch of a button. The NEMA 4X membrane touch keypad protects against water and chemical contamination and provides clear directions to the controller's various menu options. Among the key features is the automatic polymer concentration control option, which allows the operator to set and maintain a consistent solution concentration under variable plant conditions. Selectable functions include unit conversions, auto pump calibration, low water alarm setpoints, final solution concentration readouts and water and polymer flow rates.
